Business Plans for Immigration, Banks & Investors

Business Plans for Immigration, Banks & Investors across Canada

Immigration officers, bank lenders and investors each read a business plan for something different: eligibility criteria, repayment capacity, return on capital. A plan that works for one usually fails the other two. We write plans for the reader who will decide, with the research, financial model and formatting that reader expects.

For immigration plans we work alongside your licensed immigration consultant (RCIC) or lawyer, who sets the program strategy and files the application. We produce the plan and its financials; they handle the advice. Plans are available for Canada and the United States.

FAQ

Business Plans for Immigration, Banks & Investors: questions we hear most

Short answers. For anything specific to your situation, book a consultation and we will walk through it.

Do you provide immigration advice?

No. SZ Business Solution prepares the business plan and its financials. Program selection, eligibility and the application itself are handled by your licensed immigration consultant or lawyer. We are happy to work directly with them.

How long does a business plan take?

It depends on the program and how quickly we receive your information. Tell us your deadline on the first call and we plan the timeline around it, including rush options where possible.

Can you update an existing plan?

Yes. We regularly rework plans that were refused or that need updating for a new program, a new province or a lender’s request.

Do you write plans for businesses in the United States?

Yes. E-2, L-1, EB-5, EB-2 NIW and E-1 plans follow USCIS and consular expectations and are prepared with your US immigration attorney.

What do I get at the end?

A complete plan in PDF and editable format, the financial model in a spreadsheet, and a short summary for the officer or lender. Pitch decks are delivered as slides.
